Hello Kitty Shanghai & Beijing Greeting Cards

I was going through my sticker sheets today and found these 2 cards. I bought them at the Hong Kong airport for US$6 each but totally forgot about them until today. They were suppose to be souvenirs for friends but I couldn't part with them once I got back! There were other cities available, such as Paris and Taipei but I didn't
visit those cities so purchasing them won't be meaningful. Too bad the Hong Kong version was sold out or else it will be a complete representation of my trip.

  A pretty cute set in general even though the concept is not unique (Re-ment has already came out with many pancakes, rice omelettes, flan and curry rice). One thing I've noticed about recent Re-ments is that they've been using stickers on the plates, thermos, lunch container & cups instead of printing the images directly onto the items. The edges of the stickers will eventually lose its tackiness and start coming off.

This is 1 of the special set from the T For Candy Dim Sum series. I was told that this beef ball set was only available in the Hong Kong market. The Dim Sum set I previously bought had Japanese text on the package so I didn't realize there were 2 special sets to collect. The other special set was a chicken bean curd roll. I didn't buy that set since it looks pretty similar to the crab bean curd roll that came with the original set.
